What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice targeting the deep connective tissues and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Core concepts include:
- Experiencing sensation but not discomfort, known as “finding your edge”
- Settling into stillness
- Creating space for self reflection
Meet your Instructor
Sarah is a Cleveland native who is looking forward to connecting to community through the practice of yoga. Slowing down and creating space for self inquiry was a gift given to her by wonderful teachers. Sarah is thankful for the opportunity to share this practice with others, allowing the ripples to continue outward.
